Top Robotics & Artificial Intelligence ETF's

Today‘s Watchlist Wednesday post is going to discuss different exchange traded funds (ETF’s) that focus on the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics sectors. We decided to focus on these ETF’s because ETF’s are a great way to build a portfolio with high growth potential for individuals who do not want to manage their own holdings but rather have someone or an algorithm do it for them. ETF’s are also a fantastic way to get invested into high growth sectors whose industries and markets are still developing and extremely volatile. The benefit of getting into developing industries using sector ETF’s is that you get diversification across the sector. This diversification is a major benefit in comparison to picking individual equity holdings, as the risk level is lowered substantially.

Robo Global Robotics & Automation Index Exchange: NYSE Ticker Symbol: ROBO

ROBO ETF invests in global companies that are driving transformative innovations in robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence. All of these sectors are developing and have huge growth potential! This specific fund focuses on utilizing this technology to deliver RAAI enabled products including robotics to businesses and consumers. At the current moment the fund is overbought and it’s likely that a dip will occur before a big run up.

Robo Global Artificial Intelligence ETF

Exchange: NYSE Ticker Symbol: THNQ

I love this portfolio and think that over the long term the underlying holdings of this portfolio will out perform similar AI ETF's. My reasoning for this is that the top holdings include names like Baidu, Proofpoint, MongoDB, Twilio, Illumina, Splunk, and Nuance. Knowfee holds positions in Baidu, Proofpoint, MongoDB, Twilio, Illumina, and Splunk. Our suggestion would be to add THNQ to your portfolio if you want to get some exposure to this high growth industry. Knowfee would suggest that adding THNQ when the ETF corrects down toward the middle level of the Keltner Channel with a price point between $38.50-39/share would be a wise long-term decision.

iShares Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Multisector ETF

Exchange: NYSE Ticker Symbol IRBO

The last Robotics and AI ETF were going to talk about for this edition of Watchlist Wednesday is IRBO. This ETF is unique because it holds companies up and down the supply chain, ranging from semi conductors, hardware producers, graphics companies, chip companies, and software/AI firms. This strategy allows you to diversify your holdings across the industry while also getting growth from supplementary industries that are born from the Robotics & AI industry or driven to support AI and Robotics sector development. Right now because of the focus on this sector this ETF is currently reach over bought status and is trading outside the channel at a premium price point. Once again this holding would be a great add to your portfolio to get exposure to this high growth industry. Knowfee would suggest purchasing at or below the median of the Keltner Chanel with a price target of 35.90 - 39.25/share.
